• We send written reminders.
• We offer intensive debt collection by telephone at staggered times.
• We conclude individual instalment agreements with your customers and monitor the regularity of incoming payments.
• We settle the accounts for you and then forward the incoming funds to you.
• Subject to prior arrangement, our field staff seek a personal discussion with your debtor.
